01How this works
This is not a conventional hiring process.
There are no openings, levels, titles or defined arrangements, because none of that has been decided yet. At Day 0 the work defines the role, not the other way round. What we can tell you honestly is what we need help with — and that the first people will shape everything that comes after them.
Some of what is missing is a full-time commitment. Some of it is expertise we simply do not have. Some of it is a conversation with someone who has already made the mistakes we are about to make. All three are useful.
There will not be a formal process to wait for. Tell us what you would do instead.

The three areas above are where we know we are short. They are not the only ways to be useful.
If you can see a way to make XYMiracle real faster, or you think one of our directions is wrong, that is more valuable to us than a matching CV. Some of the most useful early conversations will be with people whose expertise does not obviously map onto anything above.
