We are at Day 0. We are looking for people who want to be early.

There is no round to announce and no forecast to hand you. What follows is an honest description of what XYMiracle is, why compute infrastructure may become the first commercial engine, and who we want to talk to.

01Where we are

The honest version of the status.

Stage
Day 0. The domain is registered, the work has started.
Round
None announced. There is no instrument, valuation or allocation to discuss yet.
Forecast
None. We are not going to invent a market size or a revenue curve for a company that has not earned one.
A first conversation
The thesis, the starting directions, and what we think the first commercial proof has to look like.

02What we intend to build

A long-term organisation, not a single product.

XYMiracle is intended to become a technology, research and commercial organisation that can hold ambitious questions for longer than a product cycle. A commercial base could give research room to follow questions beyond someone else’s priorities.

That is the ambition. What we can show today is a thesis, three starting directions and a domain. Everything else is work we have not done yet.

03Why compute may come first

The one direction where revenue and research can reinforce each other early.

AI companies, startups, research teams, universities and institutions all need computing. It is also infrastructure XYMiracle would need for its own work — operating it would put us close to real AI workloads, which is the only honest way to learn what today’s systems do badly.

It is also the hardest of the three directions to do credibly: capital-intensive, operationally unforgiving, and competitive. We are treating it as a direction to validate, not a plan we have proven. If the economics do not work, the right outcome is to find that out early and cheaply.

04Starting directions

What the capital would actually be for.

  • A

    Compute Infrastructure

Use today’s technology to explore scalable AI computing infrastructure — and validate whether a sustainable compute business can be built on it.

Today this is a direction to validate, not an operating cluster.

  • B

    Computing for AI

Learn from real AI workloads, and explore what future computing systems should become when they are designed around AI itself.

Today this is a question we are asking, not a design we have built.

  • C

    World Models

Explore how machines can build deeper models of the physical and natural world.

Today this is a research direction, not a system we have built.

05Who we want to meet

Investors, suppliers, institutions and customers.

We are at the stage where the right introduction is worth more than a term sheet discussion.

  • Early-stage investors

People who are comfortable with a thesis and a founder rather than a traction chart.

  • Strategic investors

Organisations for whom compute, hardware or AI infrastructure is already core business.

  • AI infrastructure and hardware

Companies building the systems we would have to buy, run and learn from.

  • Data centre operators

Power, space and operations — the constraints that decide whether compute is viable.

  • Universities and research institutions

Groups with questions that need compute, and workloads we can learn from.

  • Potential compute customers

AI companies, startups, research teams and institutions that need capacity.

  • Technical partners

Teams whose work sits next to ours and who would rather build together than in parallel.

  • People who will tell us we are wrong

The most useful category. If one of these directions does not hold up, we would rather hear it early.

If you are a potential customer, we would rather hear what you actually need than pitch you something that does not exist yet.

06What this is not

No round, no term sheet, no projection.

There is no deck that makes Day 0 look like more than it is, so the first conversation is simply the honest version of this page. Use the form to tell us what you are interested in.

Be early, honestly.

Tell us what you are interested in and what you would want to see proven first.
